In my view the greatest honour you can have at community level is to have the chance to be the Mayor of the region where you were born, raised a family, made a business and experience a lifestyle second to none. And if that chance is mine, I know I can make a significant difference. I have taken and succeeded at many challenges through my work and my 15 years of experience in local Government because of my communication skills, my great knowledge of the entire Central Queensland area and my effectiveness in a cohesive Council team. From being patron of the ESHS Student Council to Chairing the CBD revitalisation and contributing to Valuation groups and Regional Networks my community engagement is wideranging and widely sought.

And now is a time for strong leadership.

I will be a Mayor who provides confidence and direction to our leadership team so that our Council delivers the outcomes that Central Highlanders need and expect.
